Why I build my own applications
I build applications, platforms, and tools to solve problems I encounter myself. Often, the starting point is something I need but cannot find in a form that works for me. I use vibe coding, working with AI to write and develop code, to turn those ideas into something I can actually use. These projects give me room to experiment, apply what I know about coding, and learn by making decisions about real features and workflows.
Building in my free time also connects with my professional work. It helps me understand software development more deeply and manage projects alongside engineers who use AI to code faster and more efficiently. Some applications also give me a place to run SEO experiments and explore ideas beyond my day-to-day responsibilities. I share them here as part of my ongoing learning: useful things I wanted to build, questions I wanted to test, and experience I can bring back into my work.
